For Organizations - What is at stake ?
Nothing – if yours is the kind of organization that is willing to take the risk
of the market outpacing its own development and growth, or your
competitors forging ahead of you insofar as being market driven is
concerned. If however, you are the type of organization that does not
want the organization to die a slow death, then it is imperative that you
start a programme of continuous learning within the organization, and
keep at it till you have achieved the final level of learning, i.e. futuristic
learning as described above.
