About Us - The Team
PeopleFirst in India have a team of Eleven Hundred people, spread
across their KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) Business,
Corporate Training & Coaching, and HR Development & Business
Consulting units. The Business operates across 8 cities –
Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Roorkee, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore and
Chennai. Majority of the trainers have spent an average of fifteen to
twenty years in large corporates, while the consultants have an
average experience of eighteen to twenty five years with significant
bandwidth across verticals. The team therefore brings to the table
considerable exposure to different verticals supplemented by an
understanding of diverse management practices.
The team comprises people with exposure at middle to top level
positions in Banking (Consumer & Corporate), Insurance,
Consulting, Training, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing,
Office Automation and Channel Sales.
