About Us - The Programmes
People First through its Learning business unit [refer the Services
section on Learning] facilitates the transition to building a learning
organization. As a fallout of this activity [refer the Services section
on Learning], we recommend a series of programmes focusing on
developing the following core areas:
- Attitude of people at each organization level – developing
continuous learning
- Developing the right skills set
- Understanding competencies gaps and suggested
interventions
- Sustained Leadership at each level
The People First learning programmes are therefore aimed at
addressing each of the above areas, through appropriate
interventions and facilitation. The learning programmes and more
importantly, the KIT (keep in touch) philosophy are focused on
delivering sustained results for the individual and organizational
development.
How does the transition happen?
It is imperative that all the constraining blocks in the way to tapping
into one’s potential are removed. This is facilitated by exposing the
participant (individual or groups of individuals) to a series of
learning programmes in a phased manner, so that the participant
has time to assimilate, imbibe and apply the learning’s from each
of the workshops, before moving on to the next level of self-
development. We recognize that some individuals are more up the
learning curve than others – which is why each workshop is
customized to the specific need gaps of the participating
individuals and the business perspective of the client organization.
