1. Corporate Training & Behavioral Coaching
- PEOPLE FIRST LTS is the largest Coaching and Corporate
Training organization in South Asia. It has offices in 8 cities
across the country – Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Delhi, Roorkee,
Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore. PEOPLE FIRST LTS has a
strength of 1100 people including 167 trainers spread across its
seven locations. Majority of the senior and middle-level staff at
PEOPLE FIRST LTS have spent an average of 15-18 years in the
corporate sector. The training business of the organization is
vertical driven, with key focus on BFSI (banking & financial
services sector), BPO industry, FMCG and services. Each vertical
is headed by a domain specialist with a high concentration of
domain expertise in that vertical. Most of the trainers used by
PEOPLE FIRST LTS are full-time employees of the organization
and the company does not generally involve free-lancers in their
business, though this has changed in recent times with some of
the front line training requirements being outsourced.

- The Advisory Board of PEOPLE FIRST LTS is constituted of

Learning and also has representation from senior educationists

preceded by a comprehensive diagnostics procedure (TNA tool)
based on measuring competencies, competencies based

- We have an-in-house team of 5 Executive coaches and Mentors
led by the CEO himself driving this sector. Between this team, we
have conducted Executive coaching sessions for several CEO’s,
Directors, Industrialists and Celebrities. We have also helped
organizations initiate and institutionalize Mentoring frameworks
within their organization
5. Business Consulting
- This business unit is supported by a team of 18 consultants from
different verticals – BFSI (Banking & Financial Services Industry),
FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, IT, ITES and Network Marketing
- People First has a team of experts that are available to help
clients develop into Market driven organizations. This team works
closely with the strategic part of the client organization (Board of
Directors, CEO, MD) and helps the latter align the vision they have
for the organization, to the end user of the organization’s services
and products. Our team also works with the strategic part of the
client organization to ensure that the vision held at the latter’s end
is shared and enabled across the organization, at each level of
the hierarchy
- A typical fallout of a learning exercise as described above is that
the client organization will identify certain interventions required at
each organization level to ensure that the client is truly moving
towards becoming a learning organization and being market
driven.

- This is centered at Roorkee and handles all outsourced
business from the People First Global offices
