Jagmohan was one of the first non-media people to have bought over one of the leading production houses – last year he acquired majority stake in Neerja Films, ranked among the Top 10 TV production houses in India. Currently, the company’s operations have been re- nomenclatured under the banner of Green Communications. Apart from serials, the production house also specializes in non-fiction (Reality & game shows), Ad films, Corporate films, Telefilms and Documentaries. Last year’s biggest game show on STAR TV (Jodee Kamaal Ki) was conceptualized and executed by the team of Green Communications. This year, the production house is making its first Commercial Feature Film in India, and is negotiating the purchase of a 4-theatre multiplex in California – the first of its kind in that region. Jagmohan is also an educationist - he is a visiting faculty at SP Jain institute of Management Research and institutes in the USA where he talks on Leadership, Negotiation skills and Goal Setting.
